Rupeeboss – Hiring: Sales Head & Relationship Manager and Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
• Manage sales pipeline, conversions, and team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and NBFCs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.

Requirements:

• Strong sales and leadership experience, preferably in BFSI/FinTech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving business goals.

Relationship Manager Experience: 1–5 Years | Industry: BFSI / FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads into business.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Manage customer relationships from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Drive repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, FinTech, loans, or financial services preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
