• Job Responsibilities:Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain Mahindra car models, features, specifications, and pricing.
• Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, and follow-ups.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
• Negotiate with customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain good customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the finance and documentation teams for vehicle delivery.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in automobile sales and customer handling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• 4-Wheeler Driving Licence is Mandatory.
• Must have good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidate Preference:Candidates with automobile sales experience will be preferred.
