Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth opening, closing, cleanliness, and customer readiness.
  • Drive store revenue, order volume, repeat customers, memberships/packages, and upselling.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and professionally handle complaints and service recovery.
  • Ensure all customer orders are correctly received, tagged, billed, tracked, and delivered through QDC CRM/POS.
  • Coordinate with processing/warehouse and logistics teams for timely pickup, processing, and delivery.
  • Proactively follow up on delayed or priority orders and keep customers informed.
  • Maintain garment quality standards and ensure proper inspection during inward and outward movement.
  • Manage cash, digital payments, daily reconciliation, petty cash, and store-level documentation.
  • Supervise store staff, delivery personnel, and other assigned resources; manage attendance, discipline, productivity, and training.
  • Execute local marketing activities, society activations, customer referrals, WhatsApp campaigns, and B2B lead generation.
  • Build relationships with nearby apartments, gated communities, hostels, salons, spas, hotels, offices, and other potential B2B customers.
  • Maintain store inventory, packaging materials, consumables, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with FABO SOPs, pricing, discount policies, CRM usage, customer data standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Share daily/weekly performance reports and immediately escalate operational or customer issues.
