Retail Staff

The Organic World is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in retail, supermarkets, grocery stores, or customer service roles are preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in finding products and addressing queries.
• Ensure products are neatly arranged and shelves are fully stocked.
• Support billing and checkout operations using POS systems.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about replenishment needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, grocery, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS operations.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
• QualificationSSLC / PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
