About the RoleThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure proper product display, shelf replenishment, and merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
• Check product quality, expiry dates, and stock availability.
• Assist in inventory management and stock counting activities.
• Support billing and POS operations when required.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure adherence to store SOPs and company policies.
• Coordinate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail store, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG retail environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of billing and store operations.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Kannada and basic English communication preferred.
