Job Description

Position: Retail Staff

Experience: 1+ Year

Location: The Organic World Stores

Industry: Retail / Supermarket / Grocery

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and provide excellent shopping experience.
  • Arrange, stock, and replenish products on shelves.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper display of merchandise.
  • Support billing, packing, and cash counter activities when required.
  • Monitor product availability and inform supervisors about stock shortages.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Follow store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery stores.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing and inventory handling.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Kannada and basic English communication preferred.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
