Job Role

We are looking for a responsible and active Retail Sales Executive for our saree business.

This is a hands-on retail job. The candidate will handle customers through WhatsApp, video calls and in-person visits, as well as manage sarees, packing and day-to-day store activities.

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries through WhatsApp.
• Show sarees to customers through video calls.
• Attend customers who visit in person.
• Explain saree designs, prices and available options.
• Confirm orders and verify customer payments.
• Fold sarees properly after showing them to customers.
• Return each saree to its correct place after video calls or customer visits.
• Pack customer orders neatly and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Help maintain and organize saree stock.
• Keep the store/work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other day-to-day retail activities when required.

Requirements

• Telugu speaking is MANDATORY.
• Basic Kannada preferred.
• Basic English reading and typing ability.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and smartphones.
• Good communication with customers.
• Responsible and careful while handling sarees and payments.
• No degree required.
• 10th / PUC candidates can apply.
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a saree shop, clothing store, boutique or retail store is an advantage.
