Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Sales Executive for our men’s clothing store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers and help them choose the right products and sizes
• Explain product features, prices and ongoing offers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Arrange and fold clothes neatly on shelves and display racks
• Refill products on racks whenever stock is sold
• Maintain proper colour-wise and size-wise product arrangement
• Clean shelves, racks, mirrors and display areas regularly
• Remove dust and keep the entire store clean and presentable
• Maintain trial room cleanliness and organisation
• Assist with stock checking and inventory management
• Handle billing, packing and customer orders when required
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in clothing/fashion retail preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Must be active, disciplined and willing to maintain store cleanliness
• Should have good sales and upselling skills
• Must be punctual and responsible
• Candidates with 1 + years of retail experience will be preferred
