About Svarahi : Svarahi is a gold jewellery retail brand built around the promise “Jewellery Straight From Manufacturers.” We aim to offer customers a premium jewellery-buying experience with a wide range of designs, transparent pricing, and exceptional service.

As we build our team for our Jayanagar showroom, we are looking for energetic, well-presented and customer-focused Sales Associates who can represent the Svarahi brand on the showroom floor.

• Role & ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Present and explain gold jewellery collections based on the customer's preferences, occasion and budget.
• Provide accurate information regarding gold purity, weight, making charges/wastage, pricing and product features.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium buying experience.
• Assist customers throughout the complete sales process, from product selection to billing.
• Work towards individual and showroom sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers when required.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery at the counters.
• Handle jewellery carefully and follow all showroom security and stock-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with the billing, accounts and showroom management teams.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication and conduct at all times.
• Support the team during promotional campaigns, festive periods and high-footfall days.

• Ability to communicate in Kannada and English. Knowledge of Hindi/Telugu will be an added advantage.

ExperienceJewellery retail experience is preferred, particularly in gold jewellery sales.

Candidates with strong retail sales or premium customer-service experience may also be considered.
