Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Retail Cashier to handle billing, cash transactions, payments, and basic customer service activities in our clothing store. The candidate should be accurate, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
Generate bills and invoices using the POS/billing system.
Ensure correct pricing, discounts, offers, and billing details.
Handle cash counter opening and closing procedures.
Maintain accurate daily cash and payment records.
Verify cash, card, and UPI collections and report any discrepancies.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Coordinate with sales staff regarding product details, discounts, exchanges, and returns.
Follow company policies for returns, exchanges, refunds, and discounts.
