Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a Recruiter with minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT hiring, preferably with experience in high-volume recruitment, field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or frontline hiring.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT, blue-collar, and frontline roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, field sourcing, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, location, salary expectations, and availability.
• Conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face screening and brief candidates about the job role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and update candidate status on a daily basis.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Ensure candidates complete the required documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Conduct market mapping and identify new sourcing channels to improve candidate footfall.
• Track offer-to-joining conversion and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Prepare and share regular hiring reports and recruitment updates with the team.

Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

• Mandatory experience in non-IT hiring.
• Experience in blue-collar, frontline, field, volume, or mass hiring will be preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with hiring targets and tight timelines.
• Good follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel for field hiring drives, if required.
