Job Description
Receptionist – Clara Dental, HSR Layout
Clara Dental is looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, handling billing and payments, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience. Basic computer and MS-Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Email) are preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate. You will also be trained in clinic marketing activities, including patient follow-ups, Google Reviews, WhatsApp communication, and social media support. Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
