Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to manage residential/ commercial interior projects from execution to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, excellent vendor and client management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete interior projects from site handover to final completion.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project quality standards and ensure proper workmanship.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure execution stays within the approved budget.
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with work updates, manpower details, material status, and site photographs.
• Coordinate with the design team, factory, procurement team, and clients for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Handle client meetings at the site, provide progress updates, and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure timely material planning and availability to avoid execution delays.
• Verify measurements before production and installation.
• Monitor billing, vendor payments, and work completion as per project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site discipline.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement corrective actions.
• Successfully manage multiple sites simultaneously whenever required.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential/ commercial interior project execution.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, modular furniture, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and civil works.
• Experience in handling multiple vendors and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
• Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel between project sites.
