Job Description
Hiring: Senior Project Manager – High-Rise Residential Project
Location: Chikkajala, Bengaluru
Experience: 15+ Years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a high-rise residential apartment project (up to 16 floors) from inception to completion.
- Team & Client Management: Drive and guide site engineers, contractors, and sub-teams while serving as the primary point of contact for client coordination.
- Planning & Execution: Oversee project timelines, material management, site safety, and quality control to ensure delivery on budget and schedule.
- Technical & Design Oversight: Review, interpret, and resolve technical queries related to CAD drawings, structural designs, and architectural blueprints.
- Reporting & Software: Utilize MS Excel and project management tools for scheduling, tracking progress, and cost control.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on civil construction experience.
- Proven track record in executing high-rise residential buildings (G+16 floors or higher).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional site teams.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and planning software (MS Project or Primavera preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
