Dialer & Tools: Client CRM and software for sharing mail and WhatsApp templates

Languages - Fluent english ,hindi . South langauges with  fluent english and hindi will be added advantage for selection.

Role Overview

We are hiring female Pre-Sales Tele-Executives for a long-term CRM software project. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to B2B clients, explaining the software, sharing required text templates, and coordinating appointments with the technical team.

The role requires acting as a proper communication funnel between the Sales Team and Technical Team, ensuring smooth follow-ups and demo scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Make 200 outbound calls daily using Client CRM and software.

Understand the CRM software and confidently explain it to potential B2B clients after proper training.

Share WhatsApp text templates and follow-up emails with interested clients.

Fix a minimum of  10 demo appointments per day with the technical team.

Maintain call logs, daily reports, and data in GSheets & Excel.

Use Calendar and GSheet effectively for demo scheduling and tracking.

Act as a coordination bridge between the Sales Team and Technical Team.

Achieve daily/weekly performance targets.

Language Requirements

English – Mandatory

Hindi – Mandatory

Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 1 HOUR BREAK- 8 HRS LOGIN IN THE CLIENT CRM.

STRICT MONITORING FOR LEADS AND LOGIN HRS FROM CLIENT.

Requirements

Must have a laptop, headset, and stable Wi-Fi connection

Should be comfortable taking proper software training and explaining the product when required

Immediate joiners preferred – GMeet interviews starts after client review of resumes.

Project Duration: Long-term (depending on performance of agent)

Probation Period: 7 days compulsory

Important Note

If the agent leaves during the probation period, no salary will be applicable, and they will not be considered for future projects.

Only serious candidates who can start immediately if selected after interview  should apply.

Candidates who may not be able to consistently deliver 8 hours of daily performance should not apply or if have small kids .

Salary

As per telesales experience  of yrs -₹15,000 -1 to 2 yrs exp, ₹16,000- 2 yrs to 4 yrs experience, 17000 -more than 4  yrs experience .
