Picker / Packer

• Role: Picker / Packer

• Workplace Type: Dark Store / Warehouse (Work from Store)
• Salary Range: ₹17,000 to ₹19,000 per month (excluding performance and attendance bonus )
• Working Hours: Shift-based (6 working days a week)

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Find and gather requested grocery and household items from store shelves quickly using a digital scanner or picking list.
• Quality Check: Inspect items for damage, leaks, or expiry dates before packing.
• Order Packing: Pack items securely into bags or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling & Sorting: Apply correct delivery labels and place packages in designated dispatch areas.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock counting, put-away of new inventory, and keeping the dark store clean and organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: 10th pass or equivalent preferred.
• Age Limit: Generally 18 to 32 years.
• Skills: Basic reading skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights during the shift.
• Documents Needed: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and a bank account for salary credits.
