Job Title: Warehouse Picker & Packer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an efficient and reliable Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating stored items in the warehouse according to order lists, inspecting goods for damage, and packaging them securely for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Locate and retrieve products from inventory shelves according to daily order sheets or handheld digital scanners.
• 
  
• Packing & Labeling: Carefully pack items into boxes or shipping containers with appropriate protective materials (bubble wrap, air pillows) and attach accurate shipping labels.
• 
  
• Quality Control: Inspect items for defects, damage, or correct quantity before packaging.
• 
  
• Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, report low stock levels, and organize products in assigned storage locations.
• 
  
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and equipment operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass (or equivalent experience).
• 
  
• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or packaging is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
• 
  
• Key Skills: High attention to detail, basic numerical skills,and time management.
