Job Title: Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager

Experience: 4–10 Years (Bar Experience Mandatory)

Job Description:

  • Manage daily bar and restaurant operations.
  • Supervise staff and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, stock, costs, and wastage.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments.
  • Drive operational efficiency and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of experience in the F&B / Hospitality industry.
  • Previous bar operations experience is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of bar inventory, beverage costing, and stock control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
