Job Description
• Manage day-to-day security operations across all client locations.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment and arrange immediate replacements for absentees.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor security personnel.
• Coordinate with clients regarding operational requirements, complaints, and issues.
• Supervise Security Supervisors, Field Officers, and Security Guards.
• Ensure guards follow SOPs, post orders, discipline, and client instructions.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and manpower requirements.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, and client complaints.
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, induction, and training of security personnel.
• Ensure statutory and client-specific compliance documents are maintained.
• Monitor guard performance, grooming, discipline, and overall service quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports/MIS.
• Maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
