Job Description
Manage day-to-day sports facility operations
Coordinate coaches, supervisors and support staff
Manage batches, attendance, bookings and schedules
Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback
Monitor leads, trials, admissions and renewals
Track payments and collections
Ensure facility cleanliness, safety and maintenance
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
Ensure SOPs and operational standards are followed
We’re Looking For:
Strong communication & people-management skills
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Proactive and responsible approach
Experience in sports/facility operations preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
