About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Merchandiser to cover retail outlets across Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing product visibility, maintaining stock presentation, and maintaining strong retail partnerships to boost sales in your assigned zones.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Outlets Visits: Visit 8 to 10 retail outlets daily across designated routes/beats in Bangalore.

• Merchandising & Display: Ensure products are prominently displayed in store windows, shelves, and chillers.
• 
  
• POSM Execution: Install and maintain Point of Sale Materials (POSM) including banners, shelf-talkers, and display stands.
• 
  
• Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure regular stock rotation (FIFO), and identify out-of-stock situations.
• 
  
• Retailer Engagement: Build solid working relationships with store managers, owners, and retail staff.
• 
  
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor promotions, prices, and new product launches across the city.
• 
  
• Reporting: Share daily visit logs, route updates, and shelf photographs using the reporting application/group.

• Qualifications & RequirementsPrior experience in field sales or merchandising within Alcobev, FMCG, or Retail.

• Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (essential for covering Bangalore routes).

• Strong knowledge of Bangalore city routes and key retail locations.

• Self-motivated with good communication skills.

• Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
