Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1 Develop and manage relationships with dentists, clinics, and healthcare partners
2 Promote Smile Aligners products and services to potential B2B clients
3 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4 Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and onboarding of partners
5 Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
6 Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure partner satisfaction
7 Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
8 Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and delivery
Requirements
1 1–5 years of experience in Medical Representative roles, Pharma / Healthcare / Dental sales,
or B2B field sales
2 Strong communication and negotiation skills
3 Target-driven and self-motivated personality
4 Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
5 Ability to build long-term professional relationships
