Marketing & Telecalling Executive

Hive Living is a growing PG accommodation brand in Bangalore, focused on providing comfortable, well-managed accommodation for students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, social media and online platforms

* Handle enquiries from prospective tenants and convert them into bookings

* Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a proper lead database

* Build relationships with corporate companies, HR teams and placement agencies for employee accommodation

* Identify new marketing opportunities to increase occupancy

* Manage and improve Hive Living’s presence on Instagram, Google and other online platforms

* Coordinate property visits and follow up until booking/payment

* Track competitor pricing and recommend suitable pricing/promotional offers

* Assist in monitoring food costs and operational expenses

* Prepare simple weekly reports on leads, calls, visits, bookings and occupancy

* Explore automation and AI tools to improve sales, marketing and customer communication

Skills Required:

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Comfortable making a high volume of calls

* Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp and digital marketing

* Good follow-up skills

* Sales-oriented and target-driven

* Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

* Ability to approach companies and generate corporate leads

* Willingness to learn AI and automation tools

Preferred:

Experience in PG, hospitality, real estate, telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
