🚀 About the Role

As the Marketing Manager for Bangalore, you will be the driving force behind our city launch and expansion. You will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing "Feet on Street" (FOS) team dedicated to onboarding mosques and driving community engagement/activation activities. This is a highly entrepreneurial role combining ground-level execution, team leadership, and strategic local marketing.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of 4–5 "Feet on Street" (FOS) executives to meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.
• Onboarding & Activation: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey of mosques in Bangalore and execute hyper-local marketing campaigns to drive user activation.
• Performance Tracking: Set clear KPIs for your team, monitor daily field visits, and provide structured feedback to optimize ground performance.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with local mosque committees, community leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Data & Reporting: Gather ground-level insights, track onboarding progress, and report city-level metrics directly to the leadership team.

💼 Job Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in field sales, hyper-local marketing, or operations, with at least 1–2 years of experience successfully managing a team of 4–5 field executives.
• Conveyance: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license (essential for daily city travel).
• Communication Skills: Language is not a barrier, a good clear articulation to communicate with Mosque authurities
• Leadership Style: Hands-on leader who is willing to be on the field with the team rather than just managing from a desk.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on target delivery.
