Telecalling & Marketing Executive – Job Discussion

Main Responsibilities

* Make daily calls to new and existing customers.

* Generate leads and follow up with enquiries.

* Explain company products/services and pricing.

* Convert enquiries into orders.

* Maintain customer and lead records.

* Follow up on quotations and pending payments.

* Coordinate with the sales/production team.

* Develop new customers through telephone and local marketing.

* Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

Candidate Requirements

* Good communication skills.

* Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.

* Hindi, English and preferably Gujarati/Kannada communication.

* Positive attitude an * confidence while speaking with customers.

* Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
