Job Summary
AA Hospitality LLP is hiring 2 Maintenance Executives to support facilities and maintenance operations across multiple outlets in Bangalore (Indira Nagar, Bellandur, St Marks Road, and Forum South Mall). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the QSR, Fine Dining, Hospitality, or similar industry and possess strong technical expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, chillers, air conditioning units, commercial fryers, and kitchen equipment maintenance. This is an immediate requirement for candidates who can ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations of critical infrastructure and equipment across our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems, lighting, wiring, and power distribution across outlets.
- Maintain and repair air conditioning units, chillers, and cooling systems to ensure optimal temperature control in kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
- Service, repair, and maintain commercial fryers, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment to ensure food safety and operational efficiency.
- Handle plumbing systems, including water lines, drainage, leaks, taps, and pressure systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
Fault Diagnosis & Resolution
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Diagnose technical faults and determine whether repairs can be done in-house or require external vendor support.
- Document all maintenance work, spare parts used, and labor hours for record-keeping and budgeting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or external specialists when required.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for equipment repairs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and inspections.
- Ensure vendor work quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Obtain quotations for parts and repairs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to electrical safety codes, fire safety standards, and FSSAI guidelines.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain proper documentation of electrical/gas certifications and compliance reports.
- Report any safety hazards or compliance issues to management immediately.
Facilities Management
- Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas, store spare parts and tools systematically, and ensure tools are properly inventoried.
- Conduct regular walkthrough inspections of all outlets to identify maintenance issues before they escalate.
- Maintain and organize spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components.
- Support general facilities upkeep including building structure, fixtures, and infrastructure.
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts used, and equipment performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports and highlight critical issues to management.
- Track equipment warranties and AMC contracts to ensure timely renewals.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Science (Physics/Electrical Engineering) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair roles within the QSR, Fine Dining, Hospitality, or similar fast-paced industry.
- Proven expertise in:
- Electrical systems (wiring, distribution boards, lighting, safety switches)
- Plumbing systems (water lines, drainage, leaks, pressure regulation)
- Air conditioning units and chillers (installation, troubleshooting, refrigerant handling)
- Commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, cooking equipment repairs)
- Valid electrical certification and/or plumbing certification from a recognized authority (preferred).
- Sound knowledge of electrical safety codes and industry best practices.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on mechanical skills and ability to use standard tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of maintenance tasks.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Time management and ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
- Basic knowledge of computerized maintenance management (preferred).
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in multi-outlet maintenance operations (managing maintenance across multiple locations).
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment brands commonly used in hospitality.
- Previous experience with AMC contracts and vendor management.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and cost-saving maintenance practices.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time Position: As per business requirements, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
- Shift: Open to rotational shifts/flexible hours based on outlet operations and emergency maintenance needs.
- On-Call Support: May be required for critical breakdowns during non-working hours.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (₹4,20,000 per annum).

Work Locations
The incumbent will support maintenance operations across the following AA Hospitality LLP outlets in Bangalore:
- Indira Nagar outlet
- Bellandur outlet
- St Marks Road outlet
- Forum South Mall outlet
- Prestige Trade Tower
Travel between these locations as required for maintenance work and inspections is expected.
