Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Plan and monitor transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch records.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
  • Negotiate with logistics vendors to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and delivery performance analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain operations.
