Job Summary

Simplilearn is looking for a Learner Success Manager to enhance the learner experience by supporting live virtual classes, mentoring learners on projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth course delivery for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trainers during live virtual sessions and manage class logistics.
• Engage with learners before classes and encourage active participation.
• Host sessions, manage Q&A, evaluate assignments and projects, and support demo classes.
• Mentor learners on projects and resolve course-related queries.
• Coordinate with trainers, content, and product teams to ensure high-quality course delivery.
• Track learner progress and support timely course completion.
• Communicate effectively with learners across different countries and time zones.
• Present confidently during live sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience or basic knowledge of any one of the following: Java, SQL, C, C++, R, Python, DevOps, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, AWS, Azure, or Agile.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
