Job Description
Job Title: Lead Executive
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience: 2+ Years
Education: Graduation
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Female Lead Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills. Candidates who are fluent in Hindi, English, Bengali, Assamese, and Punjabi are preferred.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
- Experience in Real Estate, Gold & Silver, Jewellery, or related industries will be preferred
- Proven ability to handle leads and convert prospects into customers
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products/services
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
- Convert leads into branch visits
- Follow up consistently with in-house leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Handle customer queries and negotiate effectively to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth lead conversion
