Horticulture Executive / Green Asset AuditorRole SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Horticulture Executive / Green Asset Auditor to oversee the inspection, verification, documentation, and management of landscape and green assets. The role involves monitoring plant health, verifying site assets, ensuring compliance with documentation, and preparing management reports to support efficient landscape operations.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess indoor and outdoor ornamental, exotic, and native plants and trees.
2. Inspect plants and trees for pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and overall plant health, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to verify the condition, quantity, and maintenance of green assets.
4. Verify green asset handover documents and ensure all records are complete and accurate.
5. Monitor the inward and outward movement of plants, consumables, tools, and landscape materials.
6. Perform three-way verification of Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and Invoices to ensure accurate documentation and material receipt.
7. Physically verify landscape materials, equipment, and other assets available at project sites.
8. Conduct physical verification of manpower deployment and ensure deployment aligns with approved schedules.
9. Review attendance records and verify HR compliance documents, including statutory and contractual requirements.
10. Monitor vendor documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and service agreements.
11. Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and PowerPoint presentations for management review.
12. Maintain accurate documentation, prepare inspection reports, and provide timely updates on observations and recommendations.

• Educational QualificationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Horticulture, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture operations, green asset management, or landscape auditing will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsSound knowledge of ornamental, exotic, native plants, and tree species.
• Ability to identify plant pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and green asset management.
• Strong documentation, auditing, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and invoice verification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for inspections and verification.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
