Job Description
Locations: Ahmedabad | Pune | Ranchi | Bengaluru
Experience: 5–15 Years
Industry: Professional / Architectural Lighting, Electricals, Project Sales
Role:
Responsible for driving B2B project and specification sales, managing key accounts, and developing business through architects, lighting consultants, contractors, PMCs, builders and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales, revenue, margins and collections.
- Identify and manage projects from specification/tender to order execution and collections.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, PMCs, builders and key accounts.
- Drive product specifications, BOQ inclusion, approvals and project conversions.
- Manage project pipeline, tenders, pricing, technical submittals and site requirements.
- Develop new accounts, projects and channel opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Lead/manage sales executives and ensure achievement of team targets.
Must-Have:
- 5–15 years in Professional/Architectural Lighting, Electricals or Project Sales.
- Strong project sales + specification sales experience.
- Existing network among architects, consultants, contractors and institutional customers.
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure or large institutional projects.
- Good understanding of lighting products, BOQs, technical specifications and project lifecycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation and account management skills
