Job Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, service quality, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned key accounts from onboarding to ongoing operations and renewals.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Monitor campaign/product performance, timelines, quality, and client requirements.

Ensure high-quality delivery of Kioski Tech’s products and services.

Handle client communication, feedback, escalations, and issue resolution.

Track account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and renewals.

Prepare regular updates and reports for clients and management.

Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Take complete ownership of account operations and renewal closures.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Operations, or Digital Marketing.

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently.

Experience in digital marketing/real estate is an added advantage.
