Junior AnalystExperience: 0–1 Year

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT

Location: Bangalore

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Analyst to support our CRM and business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and an interest in CRM systems, data monitoring, and technology implementation.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesReview and monitor CRM data, activities, and lead flow.
  • Track and monitor leads to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Identify data discrepancies and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Assist teams with CRM-related queries and basic troubleshooting.
  • Prepare basic reports and provide insights on lead and CRM performance.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and data management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
