Looking Forward a dynamic and experienced
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist for educational institution. The candidate must know to handle hardware, software and CCTV troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of computers and networks in the campus.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve hardware and software problems
- Install and configure computers and peripherals
- Support network and internet issues
- Help users with login and account issues
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Assist in setting up labs and classrooms
- Ensure data security and backup
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers and networks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Experience in IT support is a plus
