IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in team handling, stakeholder management, and end-to-end IT recruitment. The candidate should be capable of managing recruitment delivery while effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions C2H and Perm .
• Handle and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Understand technical requirements and source suitable candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct regular discussions with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Track recruitment performance, closures, TAT, and team productivity.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and follow up on interview feedback.
• Handle offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and joining formalities.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify challenges in the hiring process and implement solutions to improve delivery.
• Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
