INTERNATIONAL VOICE SUPPORT – US PROCESS

1. VBT – Voice-Based Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers interested in Voice Process can apply.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate / 12th / PUC / Graduate.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills required.
- Candidates interested in working in the International BPO industry preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify customer issues and escalate them to supervisors when required.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues within the defined TAT.
2. CIT – US Inbound Sales Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice Sales experience (Middle East experience not considered).
- Qualification: PUC or Graduate.
- Language: Fluent English communication skills.
- Age Limit: Maximum 36 years.
- Shift Timings: 12:30 AM / 1:30 AM / 2:30 AM.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary hike based on previous take-home salary.
- Additional Night Shift Allowance.
