💰 SALARY & BENEFITS🎙️ International Voice Process

• CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
• Take-Home: Up to ₹28,000 per month
• Excellent English communication skills required
• 🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Qualification: 12th
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills
• Strong process orientation with high energy, integrity, and work ethics
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts
• Open to working in a blended environment
• 📝 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Interact with customers, clients, and vendors professionally.
• Understand and effectively use various computer applications and systems.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate supervisory team.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
• Attend training sessions to improve process knowledge and performance.
• Complete assigned tasks as per management requirements.
