International Voice Process ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to handle customer interactions for international clients. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service through voice communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
• Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Achieve defined quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain professional communication and call etiquette.
• Follow company policies, data-security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Required SkillsExcellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Good pronunciation, grammar, and sentence formation.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Good problem-solving and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in night shifts
• EligibilityEducation: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1–5 years in International Voice Process, International BPO, Customer Support, or similar roles.
