International Voice Process


Designation : Associate and Senior Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

1.Handle inbound and outbound calls

2.Contacting existing customers as well as prospectic customers

3.Obtaining customer information and other relevant data

4.Asking questions to the customers and understanding their need1

5.Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and service

Qualification : PUC [ 12th ]

Location : Marathahalli , Bengaluru.

Salary : Voice INR 2.9 LPA - 4.0 LPA [ Incentive goodies ]


Benefits : 2 way free cab, Medical Insurance for self and dependent

5 days working , 2 rotational week offs

NOTE : Maximum 30years age limit

Immediate joiners only
