About the Role
We're hiring on a rolling basis for global brand accounts at a leading tech-park campus in Manyata (also serving Hebbal, Nagawara, and BTM candidates). CTC-based packages with strong long-term growth potential across voice, non-voice, and technical support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global customers across voice, chat, or technical support channels (role dependent)
- Meet assessment benchmarks (communication, typing, aptitude) during selection
- Deliver consistent quality and process compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on account-specific goals
Requirements
- Graduate mandatory (specific streams may be excluded depending on account)
- Excellent English communication; strong typing skills for non-voice roles
- Must clear process-specific assessments (versant/aptitude/typing as applicable)
- Prior BPO/voice or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
- Based in or commutable from Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, Nagawara, or BTM
