Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to join our team across multiple locations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in an international customer support environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, emails, and/or chat.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Communicate professionally with international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interact confidently with international customers.
• Comfortable working in rotational/international shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.
