Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out and renovation projects at various client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is carried out efficiently, within budget, on time, and as per design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site interior work and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.

Ensure execution of interior work (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients for smooth workflow.

Check measurements, materials, and finishes to ensure accuracy and quality.

Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper documentation.

Track material requirements and manage inventory on-site.

Resolve on-site issues and report to senior management regularly.

Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or fit-out projects.

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

Strong knowledge of interior materials, construction techniques, and reading drawings.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

Proficiency in handling site tools, measurement instruments, and safety protocols.
