Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses/services, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course information.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the team to complete the admission process.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with target-based work.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Laptop and Android smartphone are required.
