Inside Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls on leads generated by the company.
• Understand customer property requirements and qualify leads.
• Explain NoBroker's products and services to potential customers.
• Schedule property consultations or site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and improve conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and closure.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and lead conversion targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred. Additional regional languages are an added advantage.
