Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding process.
Requirements
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Experience in EdTech/Education Sales is an added advantage.
