Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to generate loan leads and drive sales.
  • Promote Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
  • Understand customer eligibility, income profiles, and loan requirements.
  • Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
  • Collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking teams for application processing.
  • Maintain daily call records, sales trackers, and follow-up reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.
