Job Description
A Diploma in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) is a specialized technical qualification designed to prepare professionals for careers in the installation, maintenance, and supervision of HVAC systems. It combines mechanical engineering fundamentals with practical training in climate control technologies.
🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesProject Supervision: Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC systems are installed and serviced as per design and specifications.
- Team Leadership: Assign tasks to technicians, supervise their work, and provide technical guidance.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients, address concerns, and provide progress updates.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Resource Planning: Manage manpower, tools, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management on project status.
- 📋 Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–2 years in HVAC installation, maintenance, or project supervision.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, refrigeration units, and air handling systems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team coordination.
