Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to Understand manpower requirements and close positions on time.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation and databases.
- Handling employee onboarding,induction and exit formalities.
- Support attendance, leave , payroll inputs, and employee benefit administration .
- Addressing employee queries and employee relations activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee development processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR-related matters.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management activities.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
