Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Manage employee documentation, maintain records, and ensure proper filing.Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.Coordinate with internal teams to initiate, track, and follow up on employee background verification (BGV) processes.Ensure timely collection and verification of required candidate documents.Support day-to-day HR operations .Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and background verification procedures.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with internal teams.
