HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system/database.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
• Build and maintain a good network of potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and complete pre-employment documentation where required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.
• Support HR initiatives related to employer branding, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
